Other Mulkern AI Systems products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Studio does not, and it is not sold with one. A video is made to order — scripted, voiced, edited and delivered as a file you keep — so once it is produced, the work is done. What you get instead is a clean way out at the start, set out below.
On the Standard and Pro monthly plans, one video is included up front as your test of the service.
If you ask us to produce a second video (or any video after the first), the remaining-subscription refund is no longer available. From that point your plan simply runs to the end of the current billing month, and no refund is issued. You can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal, and any video already in production is delivered.
The refund above is a refund of unused subscription time, so it applies to the monthly plans only — a single one-off order has no subscription remainder to return. Every one-off video includes a round of revisions to get the cut right; if something has gone wrong with an order, email us and we will deal with it directly.

These Studio terms are the ones that apply to this service; the 30-day guarantees described elsewhere on our sites cover our software products, not video production.
You do, outright and in perpetuity. Once a video is delivered you can run it as organic social, paid media, email, a sales deck or anything else, with no licence to renew and no attribution required. We may ask permission to show work in a portfolio; if you say no, that is the end of it.
Five to seven business days on the one-off tier, three to five on Standard, and 24 to 48 hours on Pro. The clock starts when your brief is complete — if we have to come back for missing information, that is the usual cause of a slower first delivery.
Every video includes a round of revisions (two on Pro). Send notes in plain language — "cut the opening line", "the pace drops at the end", "use the other logo" — and the revised cut comes back inside the same turnaround window. Revisions cover changes to the video we produced, not a new brief in disguise.
Three things carry most of the weight: who the video is for, the single action you want them to take, and where it will run. Add your logo, brand colours, and any product shots or footage you already have. Strong opinions help — if there is a phrase you always use or a claim you cannot make, say so up front and it will be respected from the first cut.
No. Everything can be produced from your brief and brand assets alone. If you do have footage, product shots or a logo animation, send them and they will be worked in.

Yes. Monthly plans can be moved up, moved down or cancelled at any time, and take effect from the next billing period. Videos already in production are always delivered.
Not the 30-day one you will find on our software products — Studio is produced work and is sold on different terms. On Standard and Pro, your first video is the test: if you do not like it, ask to stop and we refund the unused remainder of that month’s subscription.
