What you sell, who it is for, where it runs

Three things carry most of the weight: who the video is for, the single action you want them to take, and where it will run.

One-off and Standard include one ratio per video; Pro includes both, cut for each rather than cropped.

03 — Your brand

Colours, phrases and the things you cannot say

Strong opinions help. If there is a phrase you always use or a claim you cannot make, say so up front and it will be respected from the first cut.

04 — Photos

Logo, product photos, reference shots

Upload your logo and any product or reference photos you want worked into the video. JPG, PNG or WebP only, up to 8 MB each and 15 MB in total — these are the formats our production pipeline can use directly. Photos should be at least 512 px on the short edge, or they will look soft on screen.

    We reply to every brief. If anything is missing we will come back to you before production starts.
